SmartUrbanity follows a structured timeline organized into six-month phases, each focusing on specific objectives and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of 15-minute city solutions across European pilot cities.
Phase S1 (Months 1-6): Preliminary Analysis
Design software and data architectures ensuring GDPR compliance and data security standards. Define roadmap for software development and pilot implementations.
Phase S2-S3 (Months 7-18): Framework Development
Citizen Engagement App development, AA Platform development with WebGIS framework, and beta testing in Rome with local influencer selection.
Phase S4-S5 (Months 19-30): Pilots Design & Testing
Full pilot deployment across all partner cities, DSS Platform development, model validation, and community engagement expansion.
